The registration for the 50th Woudschoten conference 1 and 2 October 2026 is now open.
To avoid high costs for unused registrations, we need to give the total number of people that would like to stay overnight during the conference, already before or on the 29th of June to the Woudschoten conference center.
This means the registration for the meeting is now open, you can register and pay via the link attached to the package of your choice.
If you are an invited dinner guest and you want to join the full conference, you will receive your own link via the invitation e-mail.
This year’s packages are different than previous years because of the 50th celebration of the Woudschoten meeting.
If you choose to register after the 29th of June, there is no room guarantee with package A, but you can of course still register for packages B, C and D. After the 29th of June the costs increase with 25 euro, registration will close September 3rd 2026.
If you would like to attend both days, without a room reservation, you can choose both package B and C.
Prices paid before 29 June 2026
A : Total package, 2 days, 1 night, dinner 395,00
B : Thursday 1 October 2026, including lunch and dinner (no room reservation) 197,00
C : Friday 2 October 2026, including lunch 143,00
D : Dinner only, 1 October 2026 50,00
Note: You will be asked to pay with iDEAL, Mister Cash or credit card directly at registration. Please have your payment ready. iDEAL or Mister Cash are preferred.
Deadline for registration with room quarantee is 29th of June and for registration without room September 3rd 2026.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made before June 29th, will qualify full refund less a 25 euro administration fee. Prior to September 3rd, 50% refund and no refund for cancellations after September 3rd .
