We are pleased to announce the WAVE-NED Conference on Analysis, Modeling and Numerics of Waves, which will take place at TU Delft (The Netherlands) from 26.08.2026 to 28.08.2026.
The aim of this conference is to bring together mathematicians working on wave phenomena across a wide range of physical contexts. The goal is to foster interaction and knowledge exchange between experts in analysis, mathematical modeling, and numerical simulation of wave propagation. The meeting is organized under the umbrella of the 4TU.AMI Strategic Research Initiative WAVES NL: Advancing Mathematical Methods for Wave Phenomena.
The program will feature several mini symposia as well as five plenary lectures by:
- Stéphanie Chaillat (ENSTA Paris)
- Barbara Kaltenbacher (University of Klagenfurt)
- Björn de Rijk (KIT)
- Euan Spence (University of Bath)
- Manuel Torrilhon (RWTH Aachen)
We invite you to submit proposals for mini symposia on topics related to wave phenomena. Further details on registration, deadlines, and scientific program can be found on the conference website.
With best regards, The WAVE-NED Organizing Committee (Victorita Dolean, *Anna Geyer, Julian Koellermeier, Vanja Nikolić, Carlos Pérez Arancibia, Laura Scarabosio, *Carolina Urzúa-Torres. * local organizers )
